Resolved Question: UNDERGLOW ON MY GXSR 750?

I have a 2001 Suzuki GXSR 750 and its blue and white i want to put blue under glow on it is that illegal? i live in clinton iowa also im going to hook a red led to the rear brake light facing to the ground i dont think that would be illegal but would like to know if i can have blue? and if not is there another color i can have.? i want it cause its for 1 cool looking and 2 very safe because it gives other drivers a good outlook on how far they are away from me and thereselves....
